Why do we enjoy working here?
Now, we work remotely, the standard schedule in the company is from 11.00 to 20.00 GMT +3 on weekdays, but the schedule is negotiable based on your time zone.
We keep the team structure horizontal. Everyone has great responsibility and room for initiative. We do not like bureaucracy and micro-control.
Twenty-one working days of vacation per year. We work with people for a long time, so rest is essential.
Each team member can use a separate budget for self-development - specialized or language courses, sports subscriptions, and medical insurance.
