We are representing BOSi Art Studio, a video game work for hire art studio producing 2D & 3D art for clients including Naughty Dog, Epic Games, Blizzard, EA, Sony, WB Entertainment and many more. We are seeking a professional with sales or business development experience in the video games space to join our continuously growing team. An ideal candidate would come to the table with a strong network in the video game industry, especially mobile gaming. You will be responsible for driving sales within your territory. The successful candidate will develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

A successful hire will ensure clients are happy with our production services and will be known by the internal team as a great team player.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build industry relationships and understand customer trends.

  • Participate in industry events and network with potential clients.

  • Develop key relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline full of sales opportunities.

  • Work with marketing and other back-end operations support teams as needed to ensure we are meeting the client’s expectations.

  • Contact warm and cold leads for business development and sales opportunities.

  • Communicate with Producers, Art Directors and 3D artists.

  • Create sales reports that measure performance against established long-term sales goals set by the Senior Management Team.

  • Hit sales targets.

  • Observe local and international trends in the marketplace and develop plans & strategies to seize new opportunities as well as avoid pitfalls for the organization’s sales goals.

  • Maintain customer relationships through all stages of the production process.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • An established network within the video game industry, mobile games contacts would be particularly beneficial.

  • Experience in sales, outsourcing management, or in external development for the video games industry.

  • Some experience in Maya, 3D Max, or video game art would be a bonus.

  • Previous experience and network in Mobile games is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with cross border customers.

  • Proven experience closing sales deals.

  • Proven ability to hit sales targets.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  1. Interview with HG Plus (us) to assess background, experience, interests and motivations, as well as compensation ranges and benefits packages

  2. Interview with BOSi Art Studio President to know each other, know the company, introduce the job in more details, define expectations, etc.

  3. Interview with the US Sales Team to know the Sales/Biz Dev team
