Project Manager

Our client is a mobile game studio founded by senior experts with proven experience in building successful games and strong expertise in marketing and monetization. The team is focused on developing commercially successful puzzle, word, and sorting games for a wide audience.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and drive the development of mobile gaming titles. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing production processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth and predictable project delivery from development to release.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• End-to-end coordination of mobile development projects

• Collaborating with QA Lead and production teams during release management and deployment processes for iOS and Android platforms

• Planning, tracking, and controlling project timelines, scope, and deliverables

• Ensuring transparent communication between development teams, producers, and stakeholders

• Maintaining and updating project documentation

• Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks and bottlenecks

• Preparing regular project status reports for stakeholders

• Coordinating and managing development teams (developers, QA engineers, etc.) of up to 10 people

• Coordinating and monitoring A/B testing processes and related production activities

• Improving and optimizing existing workflows and production processes

• Supporting release planning and coordination for mobile platforms

• Owning and maintaining project management workflows and processes in Asana and Confluence

• Administration and maintenance of internal services, workspaces, accounts, and access management, ensuring proper permissions control and operational hygiene across production tools and services

• Managing integrations and coordination of third-party services when required

• Ensuring timely delivery and maintaining overall production transparency.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience in project management within mobile development (mobile game development is a strong plus)

• Proven experience in team coordination and people management

• Strong practical knowledge of Asana and Confluence

• Practical knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console from the perspective of releases, testing, and in-app purchase management

• Experience with release planning and mobile platform workflows

• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks

• Fluent Russian

• Basic written English (A2+) for communication with app stores and third-party services.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with Firebase and GrowthBook

• Understanding of LiveOps and post-release support workflows

• Experience working with third-party SDKs and integrations

• Technical background or understanding of development pipelines

• Familiarity with analytics, crash-reporting, or mobile publishing tools

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
