We’re currently seeking an ambitious Lead Generation Manager to join our friendly team.
Program-Ace is an innovative company specializing in software development, particularly in virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), games, and applications. We’re leaders in our market segment and always on the lookout for talented professionals.
Team size and structure?
7 lead generators in the team, and 1 researcher.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Generating a high volume of leads;
Initiating conversations with key decision-makers at target companies to understand their business needs;
Identifying and leveraging market trends to provide leads for the sales department;
Researching and developing prospective accounts;
Converting qualified leads and preparing them for meetings and calls;
Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams;
Using CRM, marketing, and sales tools.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 1 year of commercial experience (outsourcing) as a Lead Generation Manager;
Experience in lead generation on LinkedIn (customized cover letters, qualifying leads, etc.);
Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Basic IT knowledge;
Experience with any CRM system;
Responsible, result-oriented, and a fast learner;
Outstanding communication skills as you’ll be connecting with prospects constantly.
➕Additional skills that would be beneficial:
Experience negotiating with foreign customers in the IT industry;
Understanding of VR/AR/XR technologies and their differences;
Experience with automation tools;
Preferable experience in Sales Nurturing.
What is important for us in a person?
✅ What tasks will you face during the probationary period (3 months)?
Achieving 3 SAL (Sales Accepted Lead) per month; if you accomplish the plan sooner, the probationary period will end earlier than scheduled.
💲What bonuses are in place?
Bonuses are as follows: $30 for a direct lead, $5 for a scheduled meeting, and $5 for a lead from a mailing.
