For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Development and implementation of marketing strategy aimed at achieving company goals.
Establishment of systematic and efficient operation of the marketing department.
Effective management of 6-7 digit monthly budgets.
Development of UA strategy. Testing and optimization of channels.
Establishing a creative department and implementing procedures for creating and testing creative materials.
Strategic development of Incent, Google Ads, Applovin, Ad Networks directions.
Planning and development of Influence marketing strategy.
Monitoring the implementation of the strategy with Influencers.
Scaling the project to Tier-1 countries.
Organization of professional development for the team.
Good English knowledge, at least – Intermediate level.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience as a CMO in mobile marketing for at least 5 years.
Experience in building a marketing department from scratch.
Handling large budgets.
Understanding of key metrics for analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Experience in establishing a creative department and setting up processes for creating and testing creatives.
Understanding of primary traffic optimization approaches.
Would be a plus:
Experience in influencer marketing.
