Associate Producer

We're looking for an Associate Producer to support our production team across game development, release operations, partner communication, and internal workflow management. This is a junior-level role with strong growth potential — we're looking for someone curious, proactive, highly organized, passionate about games, and excited about new technologies, especially AI tools and automation.

• At what stage of the project(s)? Some projects are already in development and targeting the global market, while others are still in the prototype phase.

Team size and structure?

The company consists of a 16-person multidisciplinary team of developers, artists, and game designers

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

What you'll do:

• Support production and coordination of mobile and console porting projects

• Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and internal reports

• Help identify and resolve blockers across development teams

• Assist with release management — store page setup, submissions, metadata, checklists

• Smoke-test new builds and verify core gameplay flows before releases

• Monitor App Store and Google Play reviews and escalate critical issues

• Perform competitor research and market observations

• Prepare meeting notes, action items, and follow-up reports

• Research and evaluate AI tools and automation opportunities for the studio

• Basic understanding of project management processes

• Interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies

• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative

• Ukrainian - mandatory

What is important for us in a person?

Nice to have:

• Experience in QA, game production, community management, or project coordination

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello, or similar tools

• Experience with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Make, Zapier, etc.

• Experience working on PC and/or mobile games
