Highcore Games is a Gamedev company with a head office in Miami and a distributed team around the world: Georgia, Cyprus, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand and others. The company has two divisions: hyper-casual and mid-core. Each has its own hit games with 180 m players in total:

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

As part of the development of a promotion strategy for our projects, we are looking for ASO Manager, who will deal with the full cycle of text and graphic optimization of our games in stores.

What you will be doing:

• Selection and optimization of keywords for different localizations;

• Increase the volume of organic traffic, increase conversion;

• Development and A/B testing of metadata and creative concepts for the application page in stores (description, icon, screenshots, video) for all localizations, taking into account regional specifics;

• Analysis of the effectiveness of the ASO-works carried out, the experiments carried out and their consistent iterative improvement;

• Reporting on the results and work plans;

• Interaction with the creative team, setting tasks for the preparation of icons, screenshots, video previews, etc.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in Gamedev in a similar position for at least 2 years;

• Knowledge of the main tools and understanding of key performance indicators in the App Store Connect, Google Play Console and analytics systems;

• Experience in putting forward hypotheses for experiments and in conducting A/B tests, with subsequent verification of the reliability of their results;

• English is not lower than Intermediate;

• Strong analytical skills;

• Understanding of search algorithms in the App Store and Google Play;

• Organization, attention to detail and ability to work both independently (independently) and in a team;

• Focus on results
